Digital Products Returns Policy

This policy is issued by Baruchi Studio LLC, doing business as Kitchen Genius (“we”, “our”, “us”).
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as our products are digital, our refund policy differs from physical products:

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t downloaded or accessed the digital product.
Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, it is generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital products.

Exceptions:
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product, please contact our support team. We’ll work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the problem can’t be fixed.
If the product is materially different from what was described, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us with specific details.
